Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Plymouth, MA and is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the 2025-2026 school year.

Start Date: 03/18/2026

Duration: 2025-2026 school year

Schedule: Mon-Fri | 8:45 AM-3:30 PM | 32 hours/week

Pay Rate: Up to $60/hour

Location: Plymouth, MA

Start & Transition Details

• March 18-20: Shadow current OT (2.5 days)

• March 23: Current OT begins leave

• June 15: Expected end date

• ESY is very likely

• Caseload: Approximately 40-45 students

• Includes work within the school's autism program

• Supervision: Responsible for supervising a COTA

• COTA is shared with another school in the district

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice

• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
