As an Esthetician at our luxury spa, you represent the highest standards of personalized, elevated, and results-oriented skincare services. You are responsible for delivering exceptional treatments with meticulous attention to detail, expert proficiency, and a service approach designed to anticipate and surpass client expectations. Your expertise extends to consistently achieving individual retail sales targets and key performance indicators, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery & Guest Experience
- Deliver customized facial and skincare services utilizing premium products and advanced techniques consistent with brand standards.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and educate clients on optimal skincare regimens.
- Ensure full immersion in the brand experience throughout each treatment.
- Provide a seamless and relaxing service, characterized by professionalism, discretion, and genuine hospitality.
- Promote retail sales by recommending appropriate products and home-care routines to achieve or exceed individual sales objectives.
- Monitor relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and actively participate in team selling to improve overall store outcomes.
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through tailored service, effective follow-up, and superior product expertise.
- Advocate for ongoing treatment plans and home-care regimens to support clients ’ long-term skincare objectives.
- Enhance client retention and encourage rebooking by consistently delivering exceptional results and outstanding hospitality.
Operational Standards & Cleanliness
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and preparedness in all treatment areas.
- Adhere to sanitation, hygiene, and safety regulations as mandated by spa policies and state requirements.
- Efficiently manage supplies, proactively reporting inventory needs to ensure a well-stocked work environment.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Esthetics License in [State]
- Minimum of 2 years ’ experience in a luxury spa or high-end skincare setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in advanced facial treatments and in-depth product knowledge of premium skincare brands
