OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS Alongside The Best And The Brightest, You Will Regularly- Be the frontline hero supporting critical web applications across Development, Beta, and Production environments including rotating on-call duties to keep systems running 24/7.
- Solve high-impact technical puzzles by digging into complex issues, identifying root causes, and delivering fast, effective resolutions across multiple systems.
- Collaborate across teams, triage escalations, partner with other support tiers, and interface with tech teams and stakeholders to drive companywide success.
- Contribute to agile innovation by participating in Agile/SAFe processes and supporting deployments in both on-prem and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Champion customer experience by managing escalations professionally, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Stay sharp and SLA-compliant by balancing urgency with precision and maintaining high service standards in every aspect of technical support.
- Abilities: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and SDLC, with hands-on experience in scripting (C#, Java, Python), basic SQL/Postgres, code branching/merging, and cloud computing best practices—including deployment, management, and security—combined with solid project management and communication skills.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in SRE, Technical Support, or Software Engineering.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA; Orlando, FL; Milwaukee, WI) with a 25% requirement to be in the office.
