Full-Time Retail Staff (General Hire)

Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 6:30M

$45k-60k Annually

Weekends are not required, but if the candidate wants more hours, we can discuss this.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Staff Member with a strong knowledge of firearms and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is essential in maintaining a professional and efficient retail environment while supporting daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the POS system and handle customer transactions with accuracy.
• Conduct and manage background checks for firearm purchases in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain a professional and organized retail environment.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of firearms and a genuine interest in the industry.
• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred.
• Reliable and flexible availability, with a goal of transitioning to full-time employment.
• Ability to handle multitasking and perform under pressure.
• Medium-to-long-term commitment to support business growth.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Proficient computer skills and typing ability

- Range days with the LOS crew (training and casual days)

- 1 Meal a day provided by LOS or $2000 additional annual salary, your choice
