Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving students in a K-12 school setting located in Dudley, MA. This position offers the chance to make a direct impact on student munication development and academic success across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and munication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide therapy services tailored to each students unique needs, tracking progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in pliance with school and state regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and share professional expertise to support inclusive educational environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school staff.
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to a diverse student population.
