Oversees the daily operations and administrative functions of K&K Healthcare Training Center to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional environment. Responsibilities include supervising administrative staff, coordinating scheduling and registration for courses, maintaining accurate student and instructor records, ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements, managing supplies and facility needs, supporting instructors and program directors, handling communications with students and external partners, and implementing office policies and procedures. The supervisor also monitors operational workflows, resolves administrative issues, assists with budget tracking, and fosters a supportive environment aligned with the center’s mission to deliver high-quality healthcare education.
