This is a role for a professional ready to perform from Day 1. You must possess the ability to deliver exceptional work product while identifying opportunities to improve case efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Business & Employment-Based Immigration
• Draft, prepare, and manage complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions (including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, O-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and I-140s).
• Department of Labor (DOL) Compliance
• Manage strict DOL processes, including LCAs, PWRs, and all phases of the PERM Labor Certification process.
• Family & Humanitarian Case Management
• Draft and prepare complex USCIS forms for family-based and humanitarian matters including Adjustment of Status, U-Visas, VAWA, and Naturalization.
• Corporate & Individual Client Liaison
• Serve as a point of contact for HR representatives, corporate stakeholders, and foreign national employees, providing clear, empathetic, and professional updates.
• Legal Research & Writing
• Conduct thorough research on country conditions, corporate structures, statutes, and case law. Draft support letters, declarations, affidavits, and RFE responses.
• Operational Efficiency
• Manage deadlines, expiration dates, calendars, and docketing with absolute accuracy.
• Cross-Practice Support
• While the focus is Immigration, candidates with capacity to assist in Family, Criminal, and Civil Litigation matters are regarded as strategic assets.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 2 years substantive experience as a Paralegal in Immigration Law
• Education: Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Languages: English required; additional languages highly preferred
• Attributes: Extremely professional, disciplined, and detail-oriented
