Janitorial Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to ensure a spotless environment
- Maintain and operate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Restock restrooms with necessary supplies and ensure hygiene standards are met
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including carpet cleaning and window washing
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
