Job Summary T he Clinical Practice Assistant plays a critical role in maintaining administrative operations within the Stroke and Neurorecovery clinics. This position ensures continuity of care, efficient scheduling, and smooth clinic flow, directly supporting patient throughput and access. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both patients and clinical teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient appointments to ensure timely scheduling and clinic flow Manage phone triage and handle patient messages efficiently Schedule across providers and services to optimize clinic operations Verify insurance and provide administrative support for patient care Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and patient access Required Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in healthcare administration or clinical support roles preferre d Preferred Qualifications Fa miliarity with scheduling systems and EMR platforms Prior experience in neurology, stroke, or rehabilitation clinic settings Certifications No specific certifications required; healthcare administration or medical office certifications are a plus Department : Stroke / Neurorecovery – Neurology Education: Bachelors Degree
