We are looking for a contract Project Manager to support banking initiatives in Littleton, Massachusetts through a Contract engagement. This role will lead cross-functional workstreams, bring structure to project delivery, and help teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and outcomes. The ideal candidate combines disciplined project management practices with strong stakeholder coordination and a practical approach to learning and development strategy.
This person will own initiatives end to end, including: onboarding and core learning programs manager and leadership development coaching and performance enablement LMS and on-demand learning experiences employee engagement and action planning talent and organizational effectiveness programs We’re looking for someone who is: execution-oriented and highly organized experienced in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Org Effectiveness comfortable building content themselves, not just overseeing it skilled at partnering with leaders and using data to improve impact Ideal for a leader who loves to build, scale, and deliver practical learning solutions that strengthen managers, improve performance, and elevate employee engagement.
