Sarma is a beautiful and funky neighborhood gem, serving small plates and great cocktails inspired by flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean. They’re currently hiring hosts for full and part-time positions. They are seeking applicants who find joy in the happiness of others, are passionate about food and beverage, and receive satisfaction from working hard. Experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be personable and willing to multi-task under pressure, have an innate sense of hospitality towards guests and co-workers, as well as show a desire to exceed standards.

The Sarma host position is great for someone looking to break into the hospitality field, or for someone who simply enjoys working in a fast-paced and fun environment. Sarma hosts are responsible for organizing the flow of the restaurant on a day-to-day basis, developing and maintaining relationships with guests, and effective/thoughtful time-management.
