We are looking for a physician to join our medical group, to provide direct patient care at our offices full time in the Boston MA area. The physician’s duties will be to conduct orthopedic focused exams and performing joint injections and bone marrow procedures in an out-patient setting for our clinic (training provided if needed). The right candidate will be seeing patients, reviewing patient charts to determine the best possible course of action and treatment for their pain. You’ll work alongside a strong team of MDs, NPs, PAs, Nurses, CMAs, Phlebotomists, and Administrative Staff in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for a physician looking to focus on patient care without the burden of on-call or holiday work. We also have offices in Weymouth and Lowell and the physician must be willing to commute to those offices as needed. We will consider a variety of physicians in one of the following preferred specialties: Emergency Medicine, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, PM&R, or Anesthesiology.

The NP/PA’s examine patients and perform joint and trigger point injections in our physical medicine office. We provide concierge medicine; the patients are seeking high quality care not covered by insurance and we strive to make them comfortable and educated about the procedures so that they are satisfied in undergoing the treatments offered.
Duties:

• Conduct physical exams and assessments for patients with musculoskeletal issues
• Review imaging (X-rays, MRIs), patient history, and diagnose and develop treatment plans to treat tendinopathies and musculoskeletal conditions
• Perform bone marrow aspiration procedures and ultrasound guided injections (we can provide training if needed)
• Support advanced practice providers, as needed
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, as needed, regarding treatment options and care plans

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in one of the following preferred specialties: Emergency Medicine, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, PM&R, or Anesthesiology
• Experience in joint injections required
• MD or DO License to Practice Medicine in MA
• A collaborative, patient-focused attitude, and an interest in regenerative medicine
• Willingness to commute to Weymouth and/or Lowell, MA as needed (Required)

• $275k- $425k (base salary plus bonus and benefits) depending on specialty/training
