We’re looking for a talented Crew Lead to bring their eye for detail and love for beautiful gardens to help manage and elevate our client spaces.

As a Crew Lead , you will collaborate with Field Directors, Field Managers, and fellow gardeners to ensure top-notch garden care for our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a small team of gardeners.

Your Role:

• Oversee special projects, including clean-ups, perennial garden maintenance, fertilization, mulching, planting, pruning, watering, and container plantings
• Lead a small team of gardeners, providing on-site training and support to ensure high-quality garden care
• Perform interior and exterior holiday décor installations
• Conduct daily debris pickups to maintain the appearance of client properties
• Complete clear and concise reporting upon project completion and maintain field journal entries

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong horticultural knowledge, particularly with annuals and perennials used in bed plantings and seasonal containers
• Familiarity with lawn care, pest identification, irrigation, arbor care, and proper pruning techniques
• Proven experience overseeing crews and managing field work independently and as a team
• Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Physical stamina to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• An eye for detail in interior holiday décor installation
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Location:
While our headquarters are in Billerica, you'll travel to client locations in Belmont, Boston, Cambridge, Dedham, Dover, Lexington, Newton, Wellesley, Weston, Winchester, and more.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time, seasonal position (March-December). Some Saturdays may be required during peak seasons.
