About the Role:
Joining CBRE's Financial Strategy and Operations team as a Senior Financial Analyst is your chance to become a pivotal player in the financial success of a dynamic and complex portfolio, with our global technology client! You will apply your expertise in cash and accrual accounting to move beyond routine reporting and instead prepare, evaluate, and deliver comprehensive financial reports that drive critical business decisions. What You'll Do:

Complete intermediate to advanced-level accounting transactions in preparation for client financial statement packages.

Create and post journal entries and ensure that all expenses, receipts, owner's distributions, funding requests, and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately posted.

Generate and review financial packages for accuracy and comprehensive reporting. Prepare packages on a schedule to ensure timely delivery to the client and other management teams.

Review and audit funding and payment requests for accuracy, documentation, and authorization in accordance with established operating procedures.

Respond to and resolve complex issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting issues and reports.

Facilitate the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance measurements.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

· CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Financial Analyst is $ 93,075 annually and the maximum salary is $108,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
