We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Solutions Lead Engineer to guide the design development and implementation of scalable e-commerce platforms and digital commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in enterprise-level commerce systems integration architecture cloud environments and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders product teams developers and vendors to ensure seamless online customer experience and technology enablement.

• Lead the end-to-end architecture design development and deployment of enterprise e-commerce solutions.

• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.

• Plan and implement enhancements upgrades and modernization strategies for e-commerce platforms.

• Oversee and guide development efforts ensuring alignment with best practices security standards and performance targets.

• Integrate e-commerce platforms with ERP CRM payment gateways logistics and third-party vendor systems.

• Manage system performance scalability reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and review code architecture decisions and solution design.

• Support production environments by leading troubleshooting root cause analysis and resolution of complex issues.

• Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure automated testing CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment efficiency.

• Maintain detailed documentation including solution designs technical specifications and operational processes.

• 12 years of experience in software engineering with at least 6 years focused on enterprise-level e-commerce platforms.

• Strong hands-on expertise with major e-commerce solutions such as Magento Shopify Plus Salesforce Commerce Cloud SAP Commerce (Hybris) or similar enterprise frameworks.

• Proven experience integrating payment gateways inventory systems CRM ERP and logistics APIs.

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture scalable distributed systems and cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.

• Strong proficiency in web technologies including JavaScript React or similar frameworks.

• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with DevOps processes CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker Kubernetes).

• Excellent understanding of security standards related to e-commerce including PCI compliance and data protection.

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams and guiding technical decision-making.
