About the Role...
We are seeking a strategic Director of Sales Enablement to design and execute programs that empower our sales team to win consistently. This role will drive alignment across marketing, product, and sales, ensure effective onboarding and ongoing training, and implement tools and processes that improve efficiency and conversion. The ideal candidate blends strategy, operational rigor, and a people-first approach to enablement.
- This position is located out of our Headquarters office located in Waltham, MA.
- Base Salary Range : $185,000-195,000
A Day in the Life...
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned to company growth goals.
- Design onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring rapid ramp-up and retention.
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and training materials that reflect product, market, and buyer insights.
- Partner with marketing to deliver messaging, content, and campaigns that drive lead-to-revenue conversion.
- Implement and optimize sales tools, CRM processes, and analytics to improve productivity and forecast accuracy.
- Train, coach, and support sales leaders to embed enablement practices across teams.
- Measure and report on enablement impact, continuously refining programs based on feedback and performance data.
About You...
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or related roles, preferably in SaaS/B2B environments.
- Proven track record designing programs that improve sales performance and productivity.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technology (CRM, sales engagement platforms, content management).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable enablement programs.
- Experience leading teams and driving cross-functional alignment.
