As a new Life Enrichment Aide at JGS Lifecare, you can expect to assist in organizing and implementing activities that promote socialization, stimulation, and overall well-being for our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating group activities, assisting residents with various tasks, and contributing to a positive and engaging environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Life Enrichment team to ensure activities are tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents. The schedule for this position would require you to work 10a-6p two days per week for a total of 16hours.

To excel as a Life Enrichment Aide at JGS Lifecare, possessing a CNA License is essential. In addition to this qualification, strong communication and interpersonal skills are key to effectively engage with residents and work collaboratively with the team. Creativity and adaptability are valuable traits that will help in planning and implementing engaging activities tailored to residents' preferences and needs.

Attention to detail and organizational skills will be beneficial in ensuring activities run smoothly and efficiently.
