We are seeking an Office Clerical/ Bookkeeper to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform bookkeeping duties
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Microsoft Office and QuickBooks experience a must
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
We are a service business. We need a person who is detail oriented, and wants to work primarily as a bookkeeper, and can multi-task. You will be trained to answer the phone and work with our clients. You must have experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
