Responsibilities:As a Plaintiff Attorney, you will play a crucial role in the success of our firm. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Thoroughly reviewing each case to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Determining necessary tasks needed on cases and providing guidance to case staff.
- Ensuring cases are being effectively and efficiently processed through the legal system.
- Taking the lead in reaching out to firm clients and addressing their questions and concerns.
- Documenting detailed notes and tasks in our case management software, maintaining organized and comprehensive records.
- Regularly reporting case progress and updates to firm managers.
Experience & Requirements:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience as a plaintiff personal injury attorney.
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
- In good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
- Juris Doctor degree.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
