The Investment Management Principal analyzes investments, primarily debt securities, and recommends appropriate investments. May assist in the development and maintaining of relationships with internal and external business partners including asset managers and banks. May prepare reports on investment transactions and status. The Investment Management Principal provides strategic advice and guidance to functional team(s). Highly skilled with broad, advanced technical experience.

The Investment Management Principal assists in the development and maintaining of relationships with internal and external business partners including asset managers and banks. Prepares reports on investment transactions and status. Works with senior executives to develop and drive segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies. Advises one or more areas, programs or functions and provides recommendations to senior executives on matters of significance, and as an advanced subject matter expert competent to work at very high levels in multiple knowledge and functional areas across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field

• 10+ years of technical experience and 2-5 years of project/people leadership

• Strong ability to prepare, analyze, and present reports related to investment transactions and portfolio status

• Demonstrated expertise in advising senior executives and contributing to strategic planning at segment or enterprise-wide levels

• Advanced knowledge in investment management and related financial areas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to provide actionable recommendations and insights on matters of significance to senior leadership

• CFA Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$168,000 - $231,000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
