As a Document Control Specialist, you will work in a dynamic team environment supporting multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Document processing and data entry
• Processing submittals, change orders, e-fillings and project closeouts.
• Tracking questions between the General Contractors and Engineering teams through RFI’s (Request for Information).

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of related experience
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel required
• Interpersonal skills to work well in a team environment
• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills
