Job Summary:
Professional Care Match, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a CNA, HHA or PCA for our Home Care assignments and to help service our clients in Massachusetts. This is a part-time role with a hourly rate of $17 per hour to $23 per hour, paid weekly. As a CNA, HHA, or PCA in Home Care, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This role is an individual contributor position where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as per the client's individual care plan
- Assist with mobility and ambulation, as needed
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the supervisor
- Administer medication, following the client's care plan and medication schedule
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the supervisory team Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in the state of Massachusetts
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Compassionate, patient, and able to handle clients with different needs and personalities
