Job Summary
Working as the Executive Chef for Restaurant Associates at Harvard's University-wide conference center. Located at 20 Western Avenue, the David Rubenstein Treehouse will offer spectacular meeting, conference, and special event space for the Harvard community and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational excellence
- Build outstanding relationships with the clients
- Manage cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
- Plan and create all menus
- Purchase and manage inventory
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of culinary managing complex foodservice culinary operations
- High volume production and catering experience
- Previous experience managing cost controls
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
