Position Overview:

You will serve as a highly visible leader steering one of Fortives largest operating companies through a pivotal phase of digital and operational transformation. As the organization advances toward greater digital enablement customer-centricity and data-driven decision-making you will architect and execute mission-critical initiatives that shape the future of our commercial business. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on program management providing comprehensive oversight from concept through implementation and sustained adoption.

With a focus on key commercial platformsincluding CRM ERP BI and other enablement technologiesyou will translate strategy into actionable plans driving real-world user adoption and maximizing the return on Flukes technology investments. You will orchestrate cross-functional programs establish robust governance align diverse stakeholders and ensure disciplined execution across the close partnership with senior leadership you will define transformational roadmaps implement operational frameworks and lead organizational readiness to deliver scalable digital capabilities streamlined processes enhanced operational effectiveness measurable business results and superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Define and communicate clear program scope objectives timelines resource plans budgets and success metrics.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans spanning Commercial Operations Sales IT Finance and Product teams.
  • Champion disciplined execution leveraging Fortive Business System (FBS) tools structured problem-solving and visual management methodologies.

Program Leadership & Governance

  • Provide visionary leadership for the end-to-end delivery of complex commercial systems and transformation programs ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy and business priorities.
  • Establish and oversee robust program frameworks governance structures and executive communication plans to drive transparency accountability and results.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and business leaders to synchronize delivery ensuring readiness and adoption are tightly managed across all functions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the central executive liaison for commercial systems transformation aligning priorities and resources across business stakeholders IT teams and external partners.
  • Facilitate decision-making and proactively resolve cross-functional dependencies that impact program timelines quality or adoption.
  • Lead knowledge transfer and continuity planning to ensure seamless transitions as key personnel evolve.

Change Management & Adoption Enablement

  • Lead organizational readiness initiatives including executive communications training programs stakeholder engagement and deployment support.
  • Ensure system process and workflow changes are understood adopted and measured across global commercial teams.
  • Partner with system owners to embed new ways of working and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Risk Issue & Dependency Management

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks roadblocks and resource gaps; implement effective escalation and resolution strategies.
  • Ensure consistent executive-level status reporting KPI tracking and performance updates.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive ongoing enhancements to processes data flows governance structures and program methodologies.
  • Utilize analytics adoption metrics and user feedback to optimize system utilization and elevate commercial readiness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience; advanced credentials such as an MBA or PMP are strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience leading large-scale cross-functional technology programs with significant business impact.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving CRM ERP BI SaaS or other commercial platforms.
  • Deep expertise in commercial operations with a strong understanding of workflows across Sales Operations Finance Pricing and Customer Support.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience influencing and engaging Director VP and C-suite leaders.
  • Ability to translate strategic business objectives into actionable program plans roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience navigating complex environments with competing priorities limited resources and intricate dependencies.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities including proficiency in leveraging metrics dashboards and data-driven insights to communicate progress and drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with leading enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Microsoft Power BI Oracle ERP Oracle Eloqua and SaaS subscription systems.
  • Expertise in structured program management methodologies (Agile Waterfall hybrid models).
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with IT and business teams driving alignment adoption and organizational readiness.
  • Passion for elevating customer and employee experiences with a focus on root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Agility and resilience in fast-paced dynamic environments; adept at adapting plans to evolving business priorities.
