Work Period: February 2026 to May 2026

Location & Schedule: This is a part-time 16 hour/week position with at least one 8-hour day onsite in Needham, MA. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

Compensation Range: Ranges from $26/hr - $35/hr . Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

This role: In this part-time internship role, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the fast-growing field of legal operations, supporting the business side of law and learning how legal teams can work more efficiently and strategically within organizations.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

• Assist with process improvement initiatives to streamline legal workflows
• Support technology adoption and help evaluate legal tech tools
• Contribute to knowledge management projects that improve team efficiency
• Help analyze data to drive better decision-making within the legal function
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other business teams on shared initiatives
• Participate in project management activities and track progress on legal ops initiatives

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

• Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master's program
• Must be able to work a part-time 15 to 16 hour/week schedule with at least one 8-hour day per week onsite in Needham, MA
• Strong interest in legal operations, business of law, or related fields
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Curious and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
