All-Temp Systems Mechanical is seeking an experienced residential HVAC Installer for their Milford, MA , location. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule and for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
This position would be ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a desire to contribute to a growing company with a positive workplace culture. Summary:For over 40 years, All-Temp Systems Mechanical has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Milford. All-Temp is one of the nation's largest privately held HVAC/R contractors and services over 10,000 clients a year. Responsibilities:- Perform installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products.
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address HVAC concerns.
- Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.
- Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
- Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with residential HVAC systems
- EPA – Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license / Clean driving record
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
