How We Operate:

• Work cycle includes seven working days over two weeks:
  • Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• 12-hour shifts offered for:
  • Day Shift: 6:45 am - 7:00 pm
  • Night Shift: 6:45 pm - 7:00 am
• Structured overtime, supplemented with voluntary opportunities

Criteria We Value:

• Adherence to written and verbal instructions
• Craft detailed production records and ensure workplace safety
• Rudimentary computer literacy for continuous learning

Additional Skills of Interest:

• Skilled in processes like blending and extrusion
• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting
• Aptitude for leadership in team dynamics
• Expertise in forklift safety and operation

Physical Capability Expectations:

• Lifting ability of up to 55 lbs
• Stamina for prolonged standing
• Flexibility for tasks requiring bending, climbing, and stretching
