Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Based in Northampton, we are a well-established and growing GC that specializes in commercial construction. This includes both ground-up and renovations, with projects typically ranging from $1-20M in value size.

Due to growth, we are hiring a Director of Preconstruction to oversee estimating, business development, and marketing.

Job Details

MUST HAVE
+ Experience in a high level Preconstruction role or as a Senior Estimator at a GC
+ Experience with commercial construction

NICE TO HAVE
+ Sage Estimating experience
+ P6 scheduling experience
