Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile delivery and E-commerce platforms . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple IT programs , while facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring effective collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of IT experience , with at least 3+ years managing or leading multiple IT programs

• Strong E-Commerce domain experience

• Proven experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks

• Expertise in Scrum practices, project management, and Agile delivery

• Hands-on experience with JIRA , including building and maintaining Scrum Boards and Dashboards

• Experience working with Kanban boards

• Strong experience in Retail and E-commerce domain , with a track record of managing 2–3 E-commerce projects

• Ability to identify and escalate risks proactively and drive them to resolution

• Strong experience in status reporting and project tracking

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for E-commerce initiatives

• Work closely with the E-commerce Manager to manage the product backlog and user story creation

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets , while monitoring progress and addressing issues

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

• Manage project resources and staff allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies , including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success

• Track and report project performance metrics , including milestones, budget utilization, and resource allocation

• Prepare executive-level presentations and status reports for leadership meetings

• Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery
