About Us
Kids N Fun Therapy is a family-centered pediatric outpatient clinic serving children ages 0–15.
We focus on individualized, play-based therapy to support development in motor skills, sensory
processing, and daily functioning. We’re seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our growing team.
Job Type : Part-time
Schedule : Flexible weekday afternoons or weekends
Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions for children with developmental, sensory, and
motor challenges
Create and implement individualized treatment plans (OT only)
Complete session documentation in a timely and professional manner
Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to support home carryover
Collaborate with a team of professionals in a supportive clinic environment
Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in
Massachusetts (Required)
Experience in pediatrics preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-directed, organized, and eager to grow professionally
Preferred Experience
Early intervention, feeding therapy, sensory integration, or school-based experience
