About the Internal medicine / family medicine physician role:

• Overseeing 2 nurse managers, in primary care
• Oversee site nursing managers and the chronic care nurse manager by providing direct supervision to, and coordination of daily expectations.
• Oversee Chronic Care Management and be the direct contact for the ACO
• Work with nurse managers, in collaboration with site managers and other team members, to plan, organize, and direct all nursing services within the Nursing Department
• will do budgeting, policies, staffing, hiring and education and develop KPIs
