Your Impact:

As a Mental Health Therapist, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their mental wellness goals. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing Evidence-Based Treatment: Delivering effective therapy to a wide range of patients, utilizing proven therapeutic approaches.
Delivering Telehealth Services: Conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions primarily through secure video or telephone platforms, offering convenient and accessible care.
Comprehensive Mental Health Services: Performing thorough mental health assessments, providing counseling, facilitating referrals, and implementing effective intervention strategies.
Accurate and Timely Documentation: Maintaining meticulous records in our electronic health record (EMR) system, adhering to all federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
What You Bring:

Active LICSW or LMHC licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
At least 1 year of experience with EMR documentation and treatment planning.
Reliable access to a computer, webcam, stable internet connection, and a private, quiet space for conducting sessions.
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with EMDR or DBT.
Prior experience with telehealth or remote therapy.

Excellent engagement and assessment skills to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
