Job Title: Service Technician

MUST HAVE : Experience working with electronic components / testing experience / medical device experience

Shift : 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Pay : $25/hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of electro-mechanical life support consoles.
• Maintain calibration standards for all test equipment used in servicing.
• Provide internal service to the pool of service loaners and marketing consoles.
• Offer basic telephone support to customers and field-based sales, clinical, and marketing teams.
• Ensure an adequate level of service inventory is available for day-to-day service needs.
• Provide rotating 24/7 on-call service support coverage for customers and field teams.
• Support manufacturing with testing and burn-in of spare parts.
• Assist Engineering with complaint follow-up, including evaluation, testing, investigation, and closeout.
• Document all services performed neatly and accurately.
• Communicate issues to the manager and admin team in a timely manner.
• Perform comprehensive reviews of service history for each console prior to servicing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and follow established SOPs, processes, and procedures.

This is a Contract position based out of Danvers, MA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Danvers,MA.
