Director, Private Equity Fund Finance, Accounting and Valuation
We are seeking a driven professional at Director level with desire to work within a Private Equity finance, fund accounting & valuation function. The position is wide in scope - includes private equity fund accounting, valuation, treasury & cash flow management, collaborating with investment team on portfolio company valuations, collaborating with investor relations on presentation materials and fundraising, financial reporting, performance analysis, helping with deal closing projects, coordinating with taxation team and more.
This position reports directly to the Fund CFO, and will oversee 1-2 direct reports.

Qualifications :
- Private Equity Fund finance experience.
- CPA / CFA is valued.
- Audit, Tax, Valuation, Finance or Fund Accounting experience is very helpful.
- Project management skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task are essential.
- Strong Excel skills, other experience with tools such as Alteryx and ability to learn new systems is very helpful.
- Can do attitude, excellent communication skills with desire to learn.
