Senior Staff Clinical Informatics Consultant

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Senior Staff Clinical Consultant to join our mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:

Leading discussions regarding value priorities and executing the Value Realization Framework and strategy.

Use expertise with system workflow, data integration and analysis, to drive system adoption, streamline processes, and align opportunities for improvement with established goals.

Identify and develop Value Realization success narratives across internal and external stakeholders.
-
Proactively assess risk(s) associated with clinical workflows that impact key performance indicators?and key metrics.
-
Capture qualitative value and quick wins, in addition to quantitative KPI and key result collection.

Validate and provide design recommendations for reports and dashboards that will support the ongoing operational oversight for the various solutions and service areas
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
-
At least 8 years of progressive experience in a clinical setting, clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or a related healthcare operations role.

Proven track record leading clinical informatics initiatives, including system design, implementation, optimization, and support.

Extensive experience collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical teams to align health IT systems with patient care needs.

Demonstrated success managing large-scale EHR/EMR implementations or optimizations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clinicians, administrators, and technical staff effectively.

Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications

Board Certification in Clinical Informatics or equivalent credential.

Master's degree or advanced certification in Clinical Informatics, Health Informatics, or related discipline.

Oracle Health/Cerner EHR experience

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Eligible for licensure to practice in their field or comparable global training

Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
