HPL Multi-Board Admin Assistant
Review and evaluate applications, and processes for initial and renewal licensure of all 6 licensing boards within Multi-Boards (Nursing Home Administrator, Respiratory Care, Genetic Counselors, Naturopathy Doctors, Perfusionists, and Community Health Workers).
Assist with all Board meeting activities for Multi Board 1 in conjunction with the Executive Director.
Compiles reviews and analyzes statistical data and make appropriate evaluations and recommendations regarding assigned special projects.
Answer telephone and emails, respond to questions, and make appropriate referrals to maintain positive relations and ensure good customer service.
Participate in meetings and conferences and prepare meeting notes and minutes.
Answer routine office correspondence relative to board regulations, policies, and licensing laws.
Draft letters, memoranda, and reports for review by Executive Director(s).
Update and generate computerized data and correspondence
Perform related duties as assigned.
