12+ month Hybrid extendable Contract role

direct Pharma client in Waltham, MA.

UPDATE - CANDIDATE MUST HAVE experience with:

• protein engineering AI/ML ( binders design , RFDiffusion , Rosetta , structural biology ,
• protein MPNN ,
• protein language models ( ESM, UniRep ).
• AI/ML cloud experience in the context of NGS would be preferable for new candidates resumes .
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience

Role focuses on providing infrastructure solutions to enable AI/ML models developments and applications. The position will require pipelines execution, environment management, AI/ML model development/deployment, management of data for various bioinformatics workflows.

Must have experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML development, and bioinformatics pipeline management
• Minimum MS degree or PHD Degree
• Experience with protein engineering AI/ML ( binders design , RFDiffusin Rosetta , structural biology , protein MPNN , protein language models ( ESM, UniRep ).
• Demonstrated expertise with various computing platforms ( Must have HPC high performance computing , AWS , 7B, DNAnexus, AWS Sagemaker AI)
• Cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Python and Bash (must have both)
• Communications, strong communication,
• E xperience developing/deploying AI/ML frameworks
• Containerization technologies ( Docker, Kubernetes ) a plus
• S3 AWS Storage, data storage , nice to have
• Experience with NGS data analysis workflows and automation ( Snakemake, Nextflow ) a plus
• Open to candidates willing to relocate at their own expense.
