We are searching for a talented Materials Representative

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Day shift with every other weekend and every third holiday rotation; 7:00am - 3:30pm

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities: Under the general supervision and direction of the Team Leader, Distribution or designee maintain proper par levels in the Medical/Surgical areas. Receive and deliver supplies and equipment used throughout the hospital. Verify shipments according to established procedures. Receive all merchandise utilizing appropriate procedures on computer. Provide follow up as necessary in resolving receiving and/or accounts payables issues. Perform scheduled inventory and reorder supplies to par levels utilizing hand held terminal. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of medical supplies and medical terminology a plus.
• Previous experience with warehouse distribution and receiving preferred.
• Good communication and telephone skills required
• Good computer skills preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast paced environment required.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range: USD $15.78 - USD $22.22 /Hr. Rotation Schedule Requirement : every other weekend every third holiday
