YOULL LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY – We focus on newer vehicles (2008 and up). Youll be solving real problems — under car, under hood, and everything in between (no engine or transmission swaps - ever). Every week brings new challenges and chances to sharpen your diagnostic skills.

OPEN DOOR POLICY (YOUR OPINION MATTERS) – Decision-makers are on site and communication is constant. Got an idea or a concern? Youll be heard — and respected.

WE INVEST IN YOU (PAID TRAINING + ASE REIMBURSEMENT) – We shut down the shop every year to send the whole team to Vision for advanced training — fully paid. Youll also get reimbursed for ASE certifications.

CLEAN, ORGANIZED, CLIMATE-CONTROLLED SHOP – Uniforms provided. Up-to-date scan tools, specialty equipment, and clearly defined processes in place so you can focus on doing great work — not fighting chaos.
