What You’ll Do You’ll own your territory in the New England area, representing the best-in-class CNC automation solutions to a wide range of customers. Your mission? - Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers at target companies, becoming a trusted advisor for their automation needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams—support, service, and management—to deliver seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experiences.
- Execute a strategic sales plan, achieving volume and profitability goals within your territory.
- Drive new customer acquisition by leveraging lead management, prospecting, and outreach through phone, email, events, and campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to fuel data-driven decision-making and business growth.
- Lead solution development efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams to address end-user needs effectively.
- Exceed sales quotas and activity targets consistently.
- Drive top-line revenue growth while maintaining healthy profitability margins.
- Earn high customer satisfaction ratings through exceptional service and follow-through.
- Meet all training and professional development goals within established timelines.
- Experience: At least 2 years of success in selling technical products, with knowledge of the CNC machining industry being a major plus.
- Communication: Strong presentation and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Drive: Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing prospecting plans and campaigns to drive results.
- Compensation: Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $100,000 - $120,000.
