Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school setting
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
• Cultural competence and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff
• Provide counseling and support services tailored to student needs
• Consult with educators and parents regarding student progress and strategies for support
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
• Deliver professional development workshops for staff on mental health and wellness
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding psychological services in schools
