Pay: Base of $25,000 and up (commission driven, base salary, volume- based bonus based on performance, benefits available)

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated Mortgage Loan Officers who are driven to perform at a high level. This role is ideal for individuals who want uncapped earning potential, strong operational support, and a clear path to growth.

Responsibilities:

· Generate and manage a pipeline of mortgage clients

· Guide borrowers through the loan process from application to closing

· Maintain relationships with referral partners (realtors, builders, etc.)

· Structure loan scenarios and present options to clients

· Meet and exceed monthly production goals

Qualifications:

· Active NMLS license

· Two years experience in mortgage origination

· Strong sales and communication skills

· Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
