Summary
A Regional Sales Executive is responsible for new business development and account management within a designated region. This role includes closing new accounts, managing existing clients, providing strategic recommendations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Strong consulting, sales, and presentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business and meet sales targets.
  • 70% new business development/30% account management.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations to individuals and groups
  • Consult with clients to optimize fleet processes and reduce costs
  • Identify and close opportunities for additional services
  • Own and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of service

Consulting & Analysis
  • Analyze fleet data to recommend cost-effective solutions
  • Assist clients in vehicle selection and fleet management strategies
  • Work with internal teams to develop solutions tailored to client needs
  • Stay updated on finance, capital markets, and industry trends

Technology & Communication
  • Utilize CRM and Microsoft Office tools for data tracking and reporting
  • Conduct web-based training and client demonstrations
  • Write clear and effective follow-ups, business memos, and reports

Travel & Meetings
  • Travel 50-75% for client meetings, trade shows, and company events
  • Prepare documentation and agendas for client visits

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master’s a plus)
  • 5-10 years of experience in fleet industry and sales
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
