General Dentist
Full-Time General Dentist (4 Days/Week)
Locations: Auburn & Sterling
Schedule: 4 clinical days per week across two established practices
Overview:
We are seeking a patient-focused General Dentist to join two well-established private practices located in Auburn, MA and Sterling, MA. These practices emphasize comprehensive dentistry, long-term patient relationships, and high clinical standards, supported by modern technology and a collaborative team environment. With low insurance participation and strong mentorship, this role offers an excellent platform for clinical growth and long-term stability.

- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with a focus on long-term patient outcomes
- Build trust-based relationships with patients through clear communication and education
- Diagnose, present, and execute comprehensive treatment plans
- Collaborate with on-site specialists and clinical team members
- Maintain high clinical and ethical standards across both locations
- Engage in continuing education and mentorship opportunities
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Massachusetts dental license (or eligibility)
- Commitment to comprehensive dentistry and patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- New graduates encouraged to apply; mentorship available
