Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teachers to join our team at KL Education and are working with a few highly rated school districts in the Ludlow general area of MA. We have multiple openings at different locations that we are looking to fill as soon as possible so if you're interested in speaking with district, see the details below:

Position 1: (Belchertown area)

• Self-contained classroom
• Primary setting (grades 4th-6th)
• Mostly a social-emotional disability caseload
• Teacher would work with Paras (in the room) for assistance
• Full Time Position (37.5 hours/week) Monday-Friday

Position 2: (Ludlow Area)

• Two elementary openings
• Opening 1: Mod-Severe, PreK-1
• Opening 2: Mild-Mod K-5

Position 3: (Wilbraham Area)

• Multiple Elementary openings with caseload options

Requirements

• Active MA Special Education License Required (or ability to obtain)
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities in an educational setting.
• Strong skills in classroom management, behavior management, and communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong understanding of the IEP process

Contract

• This position is a 10-99 contract, but we can offer brokered benefits (health, dental, vision) in addition to pay (if needed by candidate or candidate's family)
• We are offering $58-65/hour based on candidate experience
