And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** As the Finance Manager, you will support the Virtual Care Finance organization. You will be responsible for strategic planning and financial modeling, including planning & forecasting, supporting key strategic initiatives, and overseeing activities that drive organizational growth. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead change and cultivate strong relationships across the enterprise. Additionally, you will: + Construct comprehensive financial models, investment analyses and business cases to support strategic decision making and growth initiatives + Evaluate growth & ROI opportunities, provide insights and present recommendations to finance leadership and/or business partners + Create and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments + Develop strong partnerships with teams across the organization to enhance cross-functional alignment and drive accountability + Support core financial planning and reporting activities This role is work at home flexible. Candidate must be willing to work East Coast hours **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years of management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance experience + 5+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint + 3+ years financial scenario, ROI and/or M&A modeling experience **Preferred Qualifications** + Advanced Excel modeling skills with experience owning complex models end-to-end + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to guide and influence others + Able to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment + Healthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care Industry Experience a plus + Digital or technology-centric product start-up experience a plus **Education** + Bachelors or equivalent work experience required + Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare preferred **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
