As part of a global engineering team providing continuous coverage, you'll bring engineering rigor to the work that customers feel most directly. This is a 100% remote role, but we're primarily looking for candidates based in Massachusetts, Maryland, or Greater Austin, TX.
What You'll Do- Resolve customer-reported issues quickly and thoroughly, from investigation through to a durable fix

- Write high-quality, maintainable code and uphold engineering best practices

- Curiosity and persistence — a drive to understand problems fully and see them through to resolution
- A customer-obsessed mindset: you take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality solutions that delight customers
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, system design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Experience working with data pipelines, ETL systems, or high-volume data processing
- Prior experience in a customer reliability, sustaining, support, or escalation engineering role
