Job Title: Case Manager RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience, including pediatric case management experience License: Nursing license required Certifications: Case Management certification preferred Must-Have: - Experience with discharge planning of medically complex pediatric patients - Bachelor's degree required - Ability to work occasional weekends Description: We are seeking experienced nurses with a strong background in case management. Candidates must possess at least 3-5 years of nursing experience, focusing on pediatric case management. Experience with discharge planning for medically complex pediatric patients is essential.
