Job Description

Because we have been in business for 15 years and we are on track for tremendous growth in 2024, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales associate to join our team. As a comfort advisor your primary responsibility will be to offer our products and services to residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers in order to showcase our products and services.
• Create customized solutions that meet the needs of each individual customer.
• Present options to customers on site using our state-of-the-art software.
• Own the sale from start to finish, be a point of contact for the customer throughout their project and follow up with the customer after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and to generate referrals.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Participate in weekly sales training with the rest of the team to continue growing your skillset.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is required, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC systems and the ability to explain their features and benefits to customers.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
• A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
