At Senior Metal Bellows, our custom-engineered metal bellows enable these outcomes—and we’re seeking an AS9102 First Article Inspection Technician to ensure every part conforms before it enters service.

Impact You’ll Make

• Own first piece and AS9102 first article inspections for high-performance components
• Interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications with confidence
• Apply GD&T (ANSI Y14.5) to verify geometry and function
• Collaborate with engineering to build and optimize inspection techniques
• Use data from inspections to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement
• Operate CMMs, optical comparators, micrometers, verniers, drop indicators, height gages, and related precision tools

• Depth in precision inspection and geometric dimensioning
• Practical, hands-on expertise with CMMs and manual metrology
• Meticulous attention to detail; fluent in complex prints
• Collaborative communicator with a team-first approach
• Continuous improvement orientation and strong problem-solving skills

Compensation

Hourly Rate Range: $29.00 - $34.00. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
